Investment Objective

Senior Vice President and Co-Chief Investment Officer

Shareholder and senior member of the Investment Committee of Eterna Investment Management since May 1998. Co-Chief Investment Officer, manager of the Income Equity Fund. Before joining Eterna, he held various management positions for a major portfolio management company in Quebec as an analyst and investment manager. In May 1995, he joined the investment management team of Trust Prêt et Revenu as Vice-President and Manager, responsible for Fixed Income and Risk Management.

Shareholder, manager of the Canadian Equity Fund, Quebec Equity Fund and Canadian Small Cap Equity Fund. He is also the Director of Research for Eterna Investment Management. Over 20 years of investment experience at Standard Life Investments, Investors Group, Cormark Securities and at Sipar/Eterna (since 2008). Recognized for his analytical rigor and excellent understanding of the challenges of each sector and company, Philippe has proven himself as a manager since 2010. Strong presence in the Montreal financial community, including a member of the Board of Directors of the Cercle finance et placement du Québec (section Montreal) from 2006 to 2018 (Chairman from 2008 to 2010), as well as on the Advisory Committee of the TSX Venture for several years.
