Eterna Financial Group strengthens its presence in Montreal by acquiring a majority stake in Keira Capital. Keira Capital is a Canadian company providing advisory services to clients pursuing mergers and acquisitions or financing projects. It is a member of the CDI Global network which provides knowledge-based advisory services and transparent execution through 39 offices around the world.

The transaction allows the two companies to accelerate their respective growth while benefiting from teams with different expertise. Keira Capital and its experts will provide our clients with the benefit of their high-level experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as in private placements. The two companies will soon cohabit on McGill College Avenue, where Eterna Financial Group's Montreal offices are already located.
